September 2011
RMB's first official live album, recorded on August 18th, 2011 in the Life is good store on Newbury Street in Boston. A portion of every copy sold will be donated to the Life is good Playmakers, who provide training, resources, and support to the adults dedicated to caring for children facing life-threatening challenges.
September 2010
RMB's long-awaited third studio release features stripped-down arrangements of 14 new songs, all produced by Martin Sexton. This album was recorded at Camp Street Studios in Cambridge, MA in the spring of 2010, just before the boys left on tour as Martin's opener and backing band. Featuring the wildly popular “Songbird” in addition to the wide variety of song styles captured here, this album has a little something to offer everyone.
September 2009
These songs were recorded live during a five-city solo tour in the northeast U.S. in the spring of 2009. The final track “More and More and More” being the only exception was recorded at Crit Harmon's studio in July of '09. From one fantastic little venue to the next, these stages of development are presented for your enjoyment.
October 2007
The band returned to a little farm in Woodstock, NY in early 2007 to begin work on this second studio release. From bare vocals with lush string arrangements, to modern rhythm and soul, to two-beat gypsy jazz-like numbers, this album holds up as one the band's finest works to date. Adding to the mix are a few string arrangements by the legendary Karl Berger, along with a host of incredible guest musicians, making this the must-have album for all fans of the band.
February 2006
Released back on Valentine's Day in 2006, this is the very first Ryan Montbleau Band studio effort. The band spent more than two years playing over 400 shows developing these songs before landing at Applehead Recording in Woodstock, NY where the album was finally recorded. Featuring some of the most highly-requested staples in the RMB catalogue to date, this album is essential listening for old and new fans alike.
September 2003
This solo-acoustic live album brings together some of Ryan's best performances from the spring of 2003. From a coffeeshop, to a small club, to a large theatre, all of these stages are presented for your enjoyment. Included is a bonus studio recording of “Honeymoon Eyes” and a “Substitute Teacher Blues” from back when Ryan was still teaching.
June 2002
Ryan's very first album, which is currently out of print though available exclusively in digital formats. Featuring a handful of songs rarely heard anymore, along with a few staples that have never really left the rotation, this album has a lot to offer the diehard fan that simply must know the complete history. Hear the humble, early beginnings of a great singer-songwriter in the making.
