Shipping Info

Village Produce ships merchandise to virtually all locations worldwide via USPS First-Class and Priority International Mail. Tracking numbers do not reuglary accompany our outgoing packages, however if you request one at the time of purchase using the comments field, we will include delivery tracking with your order. If a package does not arrive in a timely manner and you believe it has been lost, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Returns and Exchanges

In the event that an item needs to be returned for any reason other than physical defects, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover additional shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition, a full refund for the cost of goods will be issued. In the event of an exchange for any reason other than physical defects, the customer again is responsible for covering all associated shipping costs. One items have been received in their original condition (unworn & unwashed), a replacement package will be promptly shipped.
